1. Agreement
By using iStockVisual.com (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use, theContent License, the Privacy Policy, theCookie Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service has two public parts that work together:
- Library. Searchable stock visuals (photos, illustrations, vectors, 3D) with detail pages, palettes, similar images, and downloads in JPG, PNG, WEBP, or SVG at 512, 1K, 2K, 4K, and 8K.
- Studio tools. Image Editor, Image Convert, Image Vectorizer, Social Resizer, Batch Watermark, and Palette Generator. These run in your browser on files you choose. Visual search is separate: a query photo is uploaded only to run a match.
We host on Cloudflare. Catalog listings, previews, and available sizes can change as we add or retire assets. Internal generate or admin routes are not a public product and may be blocked, rate-limited, or changed without notice.
3. Accounts
You can browse the library and take free 512 and 1K sizes without an account. An account (email and password) is required to buy a plan, keep Pro access, and use signed-in download state. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be responsible for activity on the account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
We may suspend or close accounts that are shared, sold, automated, used to scrape the catalog, or used to bypass size gates, watermarks, or fair-use caps.
4. Plans and payments
Free: 512 and 1K (1024 long edge) for everyone, with or without login.Pro / pass: 2K, 4K, and 8K while the plan is active. Current prices are in US dollars on Pricing.
- Short-Term: 1-Day Pass, 7-Day Pass, 1-Month Pro
- Long-Term: 6-Month Pro, 12-Month Pro, Lifetime Access
Plans are one-time charges for a stated period. Lifetime Access is a one-time payment for Pro downloads for as long as we operate the library; it does not auto-renew. Term plans end on their expiry date and do not auto-renew unless we clearly offer renewal and you accept it.
6-Month, 12-Month, and Lifetime include a 7-day trial with a no-questions-asked refund. 1-Month Pro includes a 3-day unused trial. 1-Day and 7-Day passes refund only if unused. Details:Refund Policy.
5. Fair use (HD downloads)
The first 100 high-resolution (2K / 4K / 8K) downloads each day are unrestricted. After that, a cap of 10 HD downloads per hour applies so the library stays usable and automated harvesting is harder. 512 and 1K are not part of that HD cap. We may tighten, pause, or restore limits if we see abuse, outages, or unusual load.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the library except through ordinary use of the site
- Circumvent paywalls, size limits, on-page watermarks, or rate limits
- Share, sell, or rent your login, or use another person’s account
- Interfere with the Service, other users, or our hosting and storage
- Upload malware, or upload content you do not have the right to use in visual search or any other upload
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity
- Resell Library Content as competing stock, or claim unmodified Library Content as exclusively yours
- Use studio tools to strip required attribution from Library Content you then publish as if it were an original stock file
7. Library Content, editor, and your files
Library Content is licensed, not sold. Use is governed by theContent License. Attribution is required on every size, including Pro.
The on-page editor and the Tools studio process pixels in your browser. Files you pick from disk are not uploaded to iStockVisual. If you start from a library preview or download, this license still applies. Expand on library assets is limited to Pro. Free editor exports from library files stay within the free long-edge sizes (512 and 1K).
Visual-search query photos are uploaded only to run a match and are retained for a short period as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your own files.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular download speed, or that any asset will remain in the library forever. We may modify features, plans, or these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Service and Library Content are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that files are error-free, fit for a particular campaign, or free of elements that your project might need extra clearance for (for example marks or likenesses you add yourself). Browser tools are a convenience: check outputs (hands, text, background removal, SVG traces) before you publish.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iStockVisual and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if you have not paid us.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is not allowed.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse downloads, or create legal or security risk. After a plan ends or an account is closed, HD download access stops. Files you already downloaded remain subject to the Content License.
