1. Overview
This policy covers paid access to 2K / 4K / 8K library downloads on iStockVisual.com. Free 512 and 1K downloads do not involve a charge. Eligibility:
- 6-Month Pro, 12-Month Pro, and Lifetime Access — 7-day trial. No-questions-asked refund within 7 days of purchase, even if you downloaded HD images or used Pro editor export.
- 1-Month Pro — 3-day trial. Refund only if you have not downloaded any library images after paying.
- 1-Day Pass and 7-Day Pass — refund only if unused (no library image downloads after purchase). No calendar money-back window.
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law. Those rights are not limited by this page. Current prices: Pricing.
2. 6-Month, 12-Month, and Lifetime Access — 7-day trial
These Long-Term plans include a 7-day trial from purchase. During those 7 days you may request a full refund for any reason — including if you already took 2K / 4K / 8K files or used Expand on a library asset.
After the 7-day trial ends, we do not refund change of mind, unused time, or a plan that has already been used, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Lifetime Access is not a subscription; after the trial it is not prorated.
3. 1-Month Pro — 3-day trial
1-Month Pro includes a 3-day trial from purchase. During those 3 days you may request a full refund only if you have not downloaded any library images after paying (any size after that purchase counts).
After the 3-day trial ends, or after any library image download during the trial, the month plan is not refundable.
4. 1-Day Pass and 7-Day Pass
These short passes do not include a calendar money-back window. You may request a full refund only if you have not downloaded any library images after purchase. A single download voids the refund, even if time remains on the pass.
Downloads you made as a free member (512 / 1K) before that paid purchase do not count against a 1-Day, 7-Day, or 1-Month refund.
5. What does not by itself create a refund
- Using studio tools on your own files (no library download)
- Opening a preview, copying a prompt, or copying attribution text
- Visual search uploads
- Disliking a particular generated scene after an HD download on a short pass (that download is use)
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@istockvisual.com from the address on your account. Include:
- The email on the account
- The plan you bought (for example 1-Day Pass, 1-Month Pro, or Lifetime Access)
- The approximate purchase date
- A short note if something went wrong (optional)
For Long-Term plans, request within 7 days. For 1-Month Pro, request within 3 days and only if unused. We aim to confirm eligible requests promptly and to return funds by the original payment method. Do not send card numbers in email.
7. What happens after a refund
- Pro / pass access on that purchase ends when the refund is issued
- You can still use the site as a free member, including 512 and 1K downloads and the studio tools
- Files you already downloaded remain usable under theContent License, including attribution
8. When we do not refund
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not refund:
- 6-Month, 12-Month, or Lifetime Access after the 7-day trial
- 1-Month Pro after the 3-day trial, or after any library image download following that purchase
- A 1-Day or 7-Day Pass after any library image download following that purchase
- Change of mind, unused time, or an expired plan once the applicable trial or unused-only rule has ended
9. Chargebacks and abuse
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We may refuse or claw back a goodwill refund, and may suspend accounts, where we see repeated refund abuse, payment fraud, or automated download abuse. See theTerms of Use.
